In the hopes of reviving this thread...I would LOVE to meet up with other MDC families. We recently relocated to the area, after being overseas for 2 years. DD (5yo) just started school but we don't have any family in the area, nor many friends with kids in the same age range. We are in Arlington right now but are househunting all over the area. We are mostly available on weekends for playdates and are willing to travel around the area...

Anybody interested in doing something, weather permitting???

I'm in Arlington with my 11.5 month old and would LOVE to get to know some local MDC mamas!!! We're traveling for the holidays quite a bit though so perhaps after the New Year would work best for us.

this!! weekends are also the best for me since i WOH. I am traveling quite a bit for the holidays, but we do get wacky weather here in VA so i bet we'll have some nice weekends to choose from (beautiful out there today!) in the new year.
