I had a little baby girl on July 8 at 7:35AM (4 days before my edd). She was 7lbs 13 oz, 20 1/4 in. She was born after about 9 hrs of active labor. Her name is Kalina Soleil.
It was a hospital transfer from a free standing birth center, because for some reason my blood pressure was really high. Once I got to the hospital my bp went down, and besides being hooked up to the efm and IV, I had no interventions. I pushed on hands and knees on the hospital bed, I was with my baby at all times, and I left the hopital the same day. I'll write more when I get a chance to post a birth story.
I really wanted a little girl, so I am thrilled. Being a single mom with two has been a big adjustment.
