I should have updated. It was a bit hard to spread, but I used some oil on my hands to smooth it out. It didn't taste gritty, the flavour was good (it satisfied the craving! ), but the dough got hard fast, so I think next time I won't add the extra flour and see how it goes even if the batter seems a little more 'runny'

I too had some trouble spreading, but also used oil on my hands and managed. It turned out pretty good, although the center didnt seem to cook enough, I can work on that in the future. We used tomato sauce and nutritional yeast cheese, and it was really good. We ate it for dinner while it was warm, but when we snacked a little later when it was cold it was much better and more pizza tasting. Glad to know there is still a way to get my pizza!
