OMG, I forgot how tiny newborn butts are

So, I just finished cutting out kiddo-in-utero's first set of newborn dipes (ok, 2 sets, MamaBird NB and these really cool, fast t-dipes)...
We don't know the sex, so the colors are "gender neutral" from scraps and recieving blankets laying around... super cute...
Anywhoo, first test-dipe and I found myself tearing up. I forgot how small those new little tooshies really are! and... I'm really going to have another baby Nothing like a stack of cloth dipes to bring the fact home.
I'll post some pics in a few days-- watch this kiddo come out weighing 10 lbs, though

I always do the "awwww!" when I make new newborn diapers. Then I show them to dh and he does it too. Congrats on baby! :

I take the newborn diapers I've made so far, make hubby hold his hand out and put the diaper in his hand. He's looking all......tense. He doesn't even hardly know how to hold a diaper that small. And then I ask him what he's going to do with there is a tiny little butt in there. he's like...I dunno. So funny. Guys with big fumbling hands any tiny newborn diapers. That "look" he gets on his face. Priceless.
