Free to good home: used Advent Isis Breast Pump and bottles

I have my old Advent Isis pump and some Advent bottles and don't expect to need them again. I'm cleaning out my closets and ready to part with them.

If anyone would like them, just PM me your address and I'll send them to you.

The pump and bottles are old (I got when my, gulp!, eight year old was a baby) and have been used through three babies, but they were still in working condition before I cleaned them and packed them away. The plastic parts of the pump have a slight orange tint from the time I tossed it in a sink that also held a dish of spaghetti. So it's stained, but clean, and ready for you to sterilize it to your hearts content before using.

Thanks for the suggestion - it looks like she is looking for an electric pump since SIL will be working, but I'll PM her if no one else is interested.

Just a cautionary FYI re: Avent products. They have been banned in Canada because they contain the harmful substance BPA. OP, I'd recycle those if I were you.

The bottles are mainly the kind you use with a disposable liner. As far as I know, those don't raise the same concerns.

I have avent stuff. Should I be concerned about BPA if it's not being used for long term storage or is it a concern for any duration of use? I've been trying to hand express in to the bottles and then putting them into freezer bags for storage. I'm really ignorant about the BPA issue.
