Probiotics come in kids formulas with dosages, but the one we found that has been working so good for us is in a capsule, so I just empty that into his drink as well and for him, I was doing three capsules a day, but am down to two. Whatever you do, work your way up, so the body can adjust to it.
Thanks! What probiotic are you (and anyone else) using? I'm looking for a good dairy free one to order.

Tara:

We use MegaFlora (MegaFood brand). It's about $50 for 90 tablets, but I've seen it slightly cheaper online. Kirkmanlabs.com has non dairy choices, too, but this one was the first one we've tried- after many trials- that we noticed serious improvement and it's dairy free. Tyler is allergic to dairy and I've seen him react to ones that say "dairy free" but are actually cultured on a dairy source, but all's well for us on MegaFlora.
