Cool Diagram of Descent Stations

I posted this on my blog last week & meant to add it here in case anyone else was curious. My DH wanted to know what the -3 business was all about so I googled this diagram: Fetal Descent

It's so neat to see the drawing and think of how snug my little bug is inside!

I never asked my mw what station I am!!! I am not sure how to measure myself either but sure it feels like I am in the plus side of the chart

Thanks for sharing that - I'm at "zero" according to my m/w yesterday! YEAH!! (She was already in there doing the GBS swab.)

Now why are they showing that baby posterior?
