MNO tomorrow night at my house. Maybe bring some cash so we can order food. (Sorry, I'm not making any. ) If anyone has drink stuff they want to bring, that would be cool too. I'm kind of low on everything right now and doubt I'll get to the store tomorrow. It has to be at 6:30 b/c I may have to pick up dh from work.

Life - We're getting together at my house to sew. We're really kind of geeky. I'm on the westside and can give you directions if you'd like to come. Just pm me or post here and I'll get them to you.

Dang you guys I'm so jealous. I wanna sew. But I do like having food in the house, Paying my bills on time and having a balence (of anything) in the savings account.

Um I almost caught a baby today. Darn midwife got there as it was crowning. But I got to hold the head until then. Also had a crash C section for a surprise breech (don't get me started),ick. ANd I am orienting again, remind me to tell you about her.

And I got my unclaimed money from Maryland. Uh, $820 just for me. I could use it to pay for the clean up in Ohio from the flood($800) or the tree trimming that is going to cost $700 in Ohio but I think not. Dh doesn't even know about it yet. It might buy a piano or something else just for me.

Gotta run and get ready for tomorrows adventures.

DoulaRN, parts of your job are so cool. How could I just do the fun parts.
Paying bills is nice but really how important is that.


Rach, you're too nice I don't think I could handle that.


So the Honda is going in for repairs on Friday, who wants to bet what's wrong isn't covered under the warrenty? Then we are home from 8-5 on Saturday for the washing machine repair.

Sheesh, elm, that stinks about your garbage can. I hope you do get the one free replacement.

Remind me again what I have to do to make the house safe for your kiddo's allergies. I was thinking wiping the counters and handles well and a quick vinegar rinse on the hard floors.

Fingers crossed that your repairs are under warranty, Eman's!

Rach, you are so nice to watch your nephew. I don't think I'm that nice, though I do like all nine of my nephews and nieces.

Home from work with a migraine today since 4am. Dh asked me if I still wanted the kids to go to the babysitter. : DUH?? Why would I not,if I can't go to work why would I take care of kids if they had somewhere better to be? He said he didn't know.... sigh...More later...

Doularn. Hope your migraine goes away.

I'll be there tonight. My mom said she'd drive me so dh can just stay home with the kids. I'm not sure if she's planning on going shopping or just hanging around with us, so I hope that's cool. Is it okay if I use your guys machines? I'm not hauling my table any where I mostly just need to hem some pants and sew on buttons (fun, I know.)

yall have been busy on here

doularn - hope your head feels better

I spent the whole day with my mom yesterday. Was there from 11am-9pm. Got the basic puppet done and now i have about 1-2 hours of decorative stuff to do. Like gluing on strands of hair/eyelashes/clothes etc - yippeee!
Baby C loves it - he talks and talks to it then gets all mad because it isnt smiling at him

I have to at least get caught up on dishes and laundry today so dh doesnt murder me

Trying to talk myself out of buying a snap press - they just look like fun!

CO: Many of my buds sew... So I don't think of that as geeky.. I SUCK so bad @ sewing!! I have a machine and a broken needle.. I am considering tonight- It really depends on DH- bad week..

Elm- I bet if you call 311 and tell them they can issue you a new trash can.

Eman's, good luck with the car repair!

Ana makes my nephew cry almost as much as he makes her cry. lol
Today he put extra cinnamon in his oatmeal because he says I don't put enough in it. Well, his oatmeal was the darkest brown I've ever seen and he couldn't choke it down!!! My kitchen smells like cinnamon.

Hey Rach. Thanks- LOL about the cinnamon.

I'm improved. Advil, excedrin ,caffiene, ice for 6 hours on my head has taken about 75% away. Still queasy but trying to eat something. Took more ibuprofen to see if I can kick the last of it. Would like to get something done here since I have the day alone. But probably won't

Rach aren't seven year old boys fun to feed.

Life, we all suck, I'm fixing pants and making fun things like a pillowcase for the shopping cart cover.

that was fun! My goal is to finish that dress this week

Dh said it wasnt terrible and the kids did pretty good

comommy - he even said your dh offered to hold baby C and held him for a few

He even said he would go on a man date with D and B :

So i have ordered the soaps and we need to plan a day that will work...
we got shea/silk - goats milk - honey - oatmeal

Ah but biology is an evil mistress you say three is too many, then you have a third and go, gee this isn't go bad and start longing for more.


D also said it wasn't horrible. He said that little C chewed a saucer toy to dripping wet (I'm assuming that fish they all love). Then when he put M in it afterwards he put her in the other way so she wouldn't chew the same toy, but she spun around and then got made that it was all dripping wet.

My dh said the same...said he got to hold baby C. Said all the kids did well except some occasional girl drama. I told him that was normal.

I can't wait to do soap! Whenever, is fine by me.

ASF - C and B saw the cinnamon rolls this am and said that you were REALLY nice.

mmmmmmm soggy saucer toy. :

RAch - i always think you are a saint in dealing with your fam - i hosted my nephew for one summer and that was enough for me for this life

Yay - i am up early because today i have to register Jazz for school - while my mom is at her first day at a new job - her gf is in surgery and then i get to take Big C (i think they should be fat C and skinny C - big C isnt so big )
for her school physical. Fun times...

Have fun ASF! That sounds like a crazy day!

Last night was great! M siad that Red Robin was absolutly crazy but he didn't get the kids a balloon or face painting cause he thought that was for a birthday. They only played at Cottonwood for like 20 minutes. Poor Little S was so mad when I put him in his carseat though. He cried all the way home then promptly started nursing and stayed there for 2 hours. When I finally got him down in his bed he whimpered in his sleep for an hour then woke up screaming again. Poor baby.

The only week I won't be able to do soap is next week. If doularn is doing soap, we should get her schedule and base it around her. Where are we doing soap?

When is the soap coming? Do you wanna do it at my house? The counter is long for setting the molds. The kids can play. And don't worry ASF I'll let you take over with out problem

How is Friday the 22nd?

I'm home again. Really queasy and still have a headache. I was up until 4am last night. Couldn't sleep, head hurt and stomach hurt. Someone said there was crud going around,. How did I get off a plane on MOnday and be sick by Wednesday. JEEZZZ......

I went to sleep just after I wrote that and JUST WOKE UP ! No phones rang, no children here( at explora with friends). I feel much better. Now I have to see if it will last.
