Jovie was born at 5:47pm on Friday 8/1/08

6 pounds 10 ounces
20 inches long

I will post more about her birth (it was a doozie) later on. I just got home from the birthing center and Tristan and Jovie are both asleep. I thought I'd grab this opportunity to let you all know that she finally made it

I'll post a picture later too, I need to connect the usb for my camera tomorrow.

When I can get around to it I will try and write out her birth story. It really didn't go as I had planned, they didn't follow my birth plan at all, but I don't even care anymore really. I was happy having her finally join us.

I'm just gushing over her, she's so perfect.

She is totally amazing at the breastfeeding thing, like an old pro right from birth.

Tristan has been AWESOME, he was so happy and surprised when he met his sister, 10 minutes after she was born. When we were leaving the hospital, he told me to take her home, like I was forgetting to get her
