Good morning ladies.
My brain keeps telling me I am in labour.
My body is having contractions all over the map from 4-10 min apart..
SIGH................
I've been up for an hour...
My midwife is still on vacation...
and everyone else sleeping I am hoping IF THIS IS IT...
It will hold off until 6am when its a little nicer to wake my nieghbour up to watch the kids....

I'm up with you. I can't sleep. Maybe this is it. Good luck.

Half of me just wants to go back to sleep..
or eat pancakes...
I think this might be it as I am a bit anxious and worried about moving things along - otherwise I'd wake up dh and surprise him LOL...
I've also missed my EPO and its been a day since my RRLtea...
But its almost six thirty...
And my son did say the third...
I just have so little faith but yet I know I can't stay pregnant forever...
its got to be one of these days!

It really just might be. Take it easy and rest because if it is, you'll need your energy.

lol...
that is so hard for me I am one of those over excited types...
I felt lucky to sleep until four am with how I was feeling yesterday and all my crazy nesting...

Yeah I guess I am going to lay down and see what goes on...
SIGH>...

I had one big random contraction last night and DH said, "No! You can't! It's like 2:30 in the morning, I'm not ready for a baby right now!"

I haven't had any contractions since. :

More labor dust your way Shiloh...

Nothing new here. No contractions, seems like my body has completely stopped cleaning itself out. I'm not even up for nesting.

EDD is next Monday (August 11), C/s on Tuesday. I wish I'd go into labor before that.

I'll cross my fingers that your labor starts before then!

The painful stretching from yesterday seems to have settled down. I think the little one moved back into place. No contractions yet, but the day is young. Eight days 'til my EDD! :

Well, I had a couple of killer ctx last night, but of course, they didn't lead to anything exciting. I typically have a looooong period of early labor so I'm not getting my hopes up that babe will be here anytime soon.

I'm off to meet my mom, dad and kids and spend some time swimming at the pool. This afternoon it's more unpacking and I have MOUNTAINS of laundry to do. Blah.

me too!!!! I am having random contractions from 10 to 7 min apart since last night, I couldn't wake dh last night but he is making breakfast right now so I am ready to offer him some privacy time :

36w2d here and woke up in the middle of the night with some pretty strong contractions that felt period-like. They lasted a couple of hours and eventually I fell asleep so obviously nothing. But I'm certainly glad to know my body's getting ready.

Even though I know this could go on for weeks and weeks, I'm hopeful that it won't get to the point that my fluid level drops below the dreaded 5cm and I just go into labor on my own. Preferably after Friday when I'm 37 weeks, though.

I had mild but closely spaced contractions from 10-1am when I went to sleep. I figured if I was going to go into labor I should try to sleep. The crampiness is still there but no contractions.

Patience is a virtue, I suppose

Scratch that. Am having a contraction right now.

Now I just need to figure out if I want to help things along with nipple stim or leave it be.

I am glad that at least I didn't wake up my MW. She's a friend and last night was her dd's birthday party. I sent her a txt around 10pm to let her know about the contractions and told her I'd do my best to let her get a nights sleep

DD is today, and nothing is going on here...

...maybe that has something to do with the fact that my high maintenance BIL, SIL and nephew are here visiting...

lovely timing!

...but, of course, they don't want to be a burden! ...oh no, of course not.... but this *IS* the first time we have seen then since NOVEMBER!!!

nice timing...OH so considerate.

anyway, pretty sure baby is going to wait until they are gone.

so today, we are going for brunch (they "don't do" church), then a walk, then, more activities at our house...hopefully they leave tonight. *sigh*

hope you ladies are doing well, and ELVs to all!

I'm starting to think my body is broke. I have been trying to remember even in my two natural births if my contractions were augmented with pit when I got to the hospital and I am thinking they were. You would think I would remember? So now I am thinking my body only knows how to respond to pit.

Nevermind me, I am just having a pity party over here.
