I live in SE Texas and there is a new tropical storm headed our way. Please send me some "no labor" vibes until it's out of here...I've got a long drive to the hospital and I don't want to be doing that in a tropical storm!

If you do end up going into labor during the storm, I would call for an ambulance to take you to the hospital-- don't try the drive if the weather is really bad.

But that totally won't happen.

The bad part is there are like 10 hospitals closer to me that the ambulance would drop me off at....but I'm going to the better hospital 45 minutes away (they have hydro therapy tubs and encourage you to go natural!) I don't want to go to the other scary hospitals with high C-section rates!

I think I'll be okay...I'm only have about 2 contractions an hour right now. EEK!
