So...Urine Therapy?

I have heard a lot of great things about Urine Therapy, for a lot of things including for the treatment of Acne. It sounds silly, but I am beginning to think it might actually work. (haven't tried it).
Has anyone used their own urine for their skin or anything else?

I've heard of it for athlete's foot - doesn't work in my experience.

So I am going to try this on my skin for a week and see if it helps at all. (I broke out REALLY bad this past month) So far i have noticed no new breakouts today and that a lot of the swelling has gone down! i hope it keeps getting better, and i will continue to update.

Did you keep this up; how did it go?

This is gonna sound crazy-but I've tried it and had read that the older, more fermented-the more potent. I kept it in a jar and applied topically and it DID help my acne! It had a strong smell-as you can imagine!- but it wasn't entirely nasty smell. just strong- I wasn't married at the time so I didn't mind the scent- but fresh works good too I think-for something more pleasent-lavender e.o. works great! A few drops on a very wet, clean face.

I've used it topically in the past. It did great things for my skin, hair and scalp. I only used the first morning clean-catch the same day. (I kept it in the fridge if I was going to use it later in the day.)
