we have several different hot peppers producing and just add them to whatever we are cooking- basically anything. you didnt say what kind of hot peppers they are- for the larger chili peppers, we like to split them long ways, stuff (usually with herbs and cream chese) and bake. even ds will eat them this way.
Yes, chili is a good idea. I don't make it very often as my oldest really doesn't tolerate spicy food. To be honest, I don't know what kind of hot pepper it is
