So, DH is planing to remodel the bathroom...

He went to the store today to find the right sink/cabinets. We need to paint the walls.. etc. I'm fine with him doing this (we made our minds up to sell before we move in 2 months!! even though we're like 1-3 weeks out from baby. but I'm TOTALLY not mentally "there" to help him plan a minor remodel project, let alone our move across the big blue sea!

All I can think is baby, baby, baby while I scrub, er, mop the floors and re-arrange the closets (and am on MDC, of course!).

Wow-that's ambitious!
I just found out that my b-day present from DH/MIL is a new bath/tiles...I am stoked but have no idea when I'll get around to choosing what I want to do and finding someone to do it. (DH is handy, but not that handy!)

Remodeling the bathroom?? That's a heck of a nesting instinct you have there.

Must be a guy thing. My DH tore down our old fence and has been putting in a new (and taller) fence this week.

We had some remodeling done last week in one of our bathrooms. We had to have carpenters come do it though, it was far more than my dh could have managed on his own. I'm so glad we got it done before the baby gets here though. I've been in nesting mode ever since they got done Friday maybe this means baby will be here soon!

It must be a guy thing!

Both the realtor's we've had in to give us an estimate for selling say the bathroom is nice enough, and that we don't need to fix it. But DH wants too. The worst part is I could give birth any day now! I hope we make money off this

Thank goodness I'm not a bathroom birther. lol and that he's not changing out the toilett!

Lets hope our dh-dp's get the job done!

Thank goodness my nesting instinct doesn't drive me to tear down walls and fiddle with plumbing!!!
The farthest I went was re-painting the kitchen 2 weeks ago while dh was off on a business trip! Yeah we're selling, but I couldn't stand that old color anymore! lol

It must be - my DH reorganized the kitchen, made a new spice cabinet, and when I found him later that day, he was on his hands and knees with a toothbrush cleaning the edges of the entire tile floor that was against the cabinets. I thought I was supposed to be nesting, not him...not that I'm complaining or anything
