We had a last minute change of birthday plans for ds. Suddenly, I needed to get him a present and we were driving home all day from our vacation. I realized that Montessori Services' warehouse is located inthe town we'd be in around 2:00. I called them up and they said they'd hold the order for me. At about 3, I realized I wasn't going to make it before they closed at 4:30 and if they shipped it, it wouldn't be here in time for his bday. I was really sad. I called them, and they were soo nice. They said they'd wait the extra half hour for me to get there! They called me back to check on my progress. We got lost at the last minute, but they called to check again and helped us find the warehouse. When we arrived, the ladies were standing outside with their purses on their shoulders and my order, and they were cheerful about it. Last, because it was a bday present, they hid the item inside a plain box so ds couldn't see what it was. I was very touched. I think I'll do all my Christmas shopping through them.

Wow...how cool to live that close to them!! I absolutely love their product and glance through their magazine a few times a week. Their prices are OUTSTANDING! Glad to hear you had such a wonderful experience!
