Coco - Those look wonderful!
Did you have to drink a buttload of water before your transfer? I'm supposed to drink 2 - 3 20 oz. bottles of water about 2 hours before. And somehow, NOT pee until after the transfer. I will soooo be wearing a pad just in case.

I am peeing like a freaking racehorse. I imagine this will get worse the longer I'm on the progesterone. Greeeeaaat.

Thanks for all the positive thoguhts, ladies!!

Heart-n-Bones - CONGRATS!!! I'm so glad for you!

Coco - Sticky vibes to you!

I'm heading off on our annual birthday camping trip for a week. I took my last dose of clomid yesterday - CD 7 and today I have a lot of EWCM. I'm not sure what that means - but I'm just going to start opking on monday and hope we catch the egg. I hope todays EWCM is just a fluke and I'm not ovulating on CD8.

Hey there

I couldnt drink from midnight on because they gave me some meds. However I wasnt allowed to pee in the mrning ! I found out why... if your bladder isnt full enough they cant guide the catheter with the ultrasound. They couldnt do mine and had to release the embryos blind... something about a loop of bowel being in the way, that a full bladder would have pushed aside.

Is peeing alot a side effect from the progesterone ? Because I also am !

How are your shots going ? Hurts the muscle afterwards doesnt it ? The shots themselves dont bother me but owwww some of them wreck hell with the whole muscle for the rest of the day and sometimes more....

Congrats Heartnbones!!!!!

I'll add you to the list as what I hope to be a long list of BFP's for August!

CONGRATULATIONS HEARTNBONES!!!!

That's so awesome! My DP gave my the HCG shot tonight. I'm SUPER afraid of needles so I didn't look, but she did a great job because I hardly even felt it! It was fun too because we had friends over to play games, and they don't know we've switched to me trying, so we had to hide it.

I go on Monday morning for the insemination, but the bad part is that my DP has to go in the same day to have her ovary removed laproscopically We're also supposed to go see Melissa Etheridge on Monday night, so don't know if we'll be able to do that or not. If so we should be voted the most dedicated fans of the evening!!!

Good luck to all!

i really hoped this month worked...

CD1 is finally here! DP usually ovulates around CD18, so we've got a bit of a wait- but finally on our way!!!

: Congrats heartnbones!! Way to start off the month!! :

Also, a very belated welcome to all the new members here! It's great to see so many more awesome queer families joining us.

I've been pretty absent lately, but have been enjoying my summer off. I could get used to this not having a job thing!

I'm calling on Monday to hopefully get an ultrasound scheduled for the end of the week. If my poor hyperstimulated ovaries have calmed down after this past month off, we should be doing our IUIs probably early next week. Taking the last two months off was really hard at first, but I haven't been temping or charting or anything, and it has actually felt really good to take a break.

Well, back up on the horse now, I hope!!

Good luck to you and your partner giggleblue.

I'm still here, still early in the TWW, and still eating like a horse. My nipples are still itchy, my breasts have felt like they're burning, and I had a bit of nausea this morning.

If I seriously got pregnant on the first try again, I'm going to fall off my chair when I get that BFP.

Psst....

Angela had her baby this morning. Post 264!

lemur - got my fingers crossed for you!

giggle- good luck to your DP!!

Coco - How are you doing? Hopefully I'll have pics of my own two lovely embryos to share tmw!!!

TRANSFER TMW! I'm so freaking nervous. 9 am. I'm nervous about our two embies coming through the thaw...I'm nervous about drinking all this water and not exploding...I'm nervous about the discomfort of the transfer itself. Mostly I'm nervous that we will have gone through all of this and not get a BFP in the end.

And I soooo do not want to be at work right now.

Can we just fast forward to next Thursday? Pretty please??

I'm still catching up, y'all - still moving, still not completely settled, but getting there.

In obligatory TTC news, I think I'm heading for another anovulatory month.

I was supposed to have an OBGYN consult on Friday, and arranged my entire day around it, and then found out that they had lost my appointment. I'm supposed to go tomorrow, but I've decided to cancel the appointment and go Friday if they can get me in (they only do Tues/Fri).

So, um, I'll try to update Friday if there's any news, and I'm heading off to culturally queer kids' summer camp for all of next week! SO EXCITED ABOUT THAT!!!!! But I'm also wishing for September to start, for me to go back to school and get a regular routine going again, at least partially in the hopes that having a regular life with regulate my reproductive life.

::: About all the babes in my life lately!!! :::
