No, what is it? (obviously a fertility supplement , but what exactly?)

I thought it was kinda pricey but would definately go this route before going the medical one. I took Fertility Blend (slightly different herbal blend, costs less) for three cycles last year and got pregnant on the third cycle, then m/c at 12 weeks.
