I am so excited for you. I can't wait to hear all about your experience. You are giving me (a first time pregnant woman) carrying twins, hope for a 40 week or more gestation!

Congratulations on making it so far! Mine were born at 40 weeks one day. I took the kids swimming in the morning the day before and went out to a fancy dinner with DH in the evening. Definitely try to do something fun--it's a lot better than sitting around trying to imagine contractions. :-)

Still here. This morning was really hard, lots of crying and "I give up" but this afternoon was good and then I slept for awhile. My husband has the kids outside, and I am so glad it has been cool for a couple of days.

My edema was so bad last night I wanted to die. I am drinking lots of water and DH just brought up a protien shake (gag).

I hope they come soon!

One day I wrote on my blog that I just couldn't take one more day. I'd just had it.

The next morning the babies were born

I posted this blog entry at the end. I was truly miserable! That was less than 10 days before they were born! I bet you have less than half that.

LOL!! I always love your blog. I read it when I was pregnant also. My sister in Maine found it one day and she sent me the link, but I had already been there. I was just reading this one, and I remember those late pregnancy attempts at getting up! It was fun stuff. I told my husband one night when I was trying to get out of bed to pee, that I needed winch and a tow rope-lol.

I always love hearing from people who read my blog! I sometimes feel like I'm just talking to the air, but my little tracker tells me that's not the case!

I had this whole routine for getting out of bed. It took timing and precision!
