Sorry, I don't know TX at all! Is Ft. Worth near Austin by any chance? I have a friend who just found out she's pregnant and she's using a birth center in Austin. I can get the name from her if you would like. That is if you are anywhere near Austin!

We only have unlicensed mw's here so that's what we're going with.

We interviewed four. We only planned on interviewing 3 but our doula gave us the name of this mw and we tacked her and ended up competly LOVING her. So much so that our hour interview turned into 2.5hrs and when we got in the car we both were hoping the other liked her as much because she felt like "the one" :

DH is actually going to call the mw today to work out the details.
