If you are still trying to decide whether or not to go to this picnic, here's a few things to consider:

-- it is in a beautiful location (with flush toilets and running water close by!)
-- the weather looks like it is going to be beautiful
-- you will be with terrific people who care about the same things you care about
-- there will be fun games, great food, and lotsa terrific raffle prizes and silent auction items
-- it is for a GREAT cause!

What more could you want?

I went to the picnic last year, and it was really a wonderful time! The organizers did a great job, and we (my husband and I) had a really nice, relaxing day. For us it was a fairly long drive, but it was WELL worth it!

So don't think about it anymore -- just plan to GO!

lol... Looking at the title of this post, I envisioned a bunch of pregnant women all getting together in the great outdoors with some blankets and snacks to have their babies...

But I suppose it wouldn't be homebirth, it would be parkbirth. Picnicbirth?
