Mold?

So I had a few diapers get forgotten and go moldy. I've attempted to salvage them. They look completely fine - no stains and no smells. Does this sound like they should be okay?

1. Soaked in white vinegar.
2. Washed with bleach and persil laundry soap in hot water.
3. Washed twice with borax in very hot water.
4. Wash once more with borax and persil in very hot water.
4. Left to dry in the sun.

I'm using an LG front loader for a washing machine. The very hot water is 70 C or 160 F). This isn't as hot as our old washer which heated water to 90 C (195 F). All of the runs through the washing machine totaled about six hours of washing.

Sun, borax, vinegar and bleach are all disagreeable to mold, but these diapers were very moldy. I don't have any tea tree oil. I was hoping this would be sufficiently since it's expensive.

Any mold experts out there?

Where they totally covered in mold? I would think what you did was enough. although can you turn your water heater up a bit more? or even boil them.

what I would do it let them sit for a few days to see if the mold comes back.

Thanks

They weren't completely covered in mold, but there was a lot of mold. However, they looked pretty clean after just the first wash with the bleach, which was only 30 minutes. I don' t think mold can grow unless a surface is wet and in a dark place though.

Boiling might be a good idea. It stresses me out that our washer won't heat the water up as high as our old one. I don' t think the hot water heater can be turned up much higher than 160 F. It might go to 180 F.
