elementary age craft ideas

i'm leading a homeschool arts & crafts class. we will meet sept, oct, nov, and december 2x a month. the class is totally free and for elemetary age kids. i'd love ideas for craft projects that are seasonal and holiday related (fall, halloween, thanksgiving, winter, christmas) but nothing religious at all. also, this class is for fun only - not educational (no art history or explanation of materials used, etc...just fun). i have 31 children signed up so far ranging from 3-12 ...yikes! do you have ANY ideas, pictures, favorite websites. i'd love help planning it! i'm looking for crafts that can be saved and displayed for years to come.

We have done a handcraft program with our co-op over the last year. We have kids of a similar age range.
Here's a list of things we have done. We often had 2 or three related crafts going on at a time:

tie dye
~ needle felting/wet felting balls and bookmarks
~ Weaving using cardboard to make coasters/making God's Eyes
~ Christmas ornaments: embroidery, orange pommanders, dried apple rings
~ spinning (made drop spindles, tried a spinning wheel, spun with drop spindles)
~ knitting (made needles and learned to knit), finger knitting
~ Paper crafts - made waldorf window stars, origami
~ hand sewing - made treasure bags from felt and wool
