im 35 weeks and 4 days. I think I would be ok staying home at any time now. We'll see what babe decides to do but I dont think it will be long. I've had a few bouts of ctx and have a feeling its not going to be more than another week or two. (now watch me go over )
I'm 34w5d and praying I go 40+ weeks. Apparently I have no nesting instincts. We still don't have curtains up in the house we bought 7 months ago. I did tell DH they had to be up before I hit 37 weeks because I am NOT going to wander around the house, in labor, with the entire neighborhood watching.
Another 37 weeker on Wednsday here! I have never gone beyond 37 weeks before, and I feel pretty good. I am taking care of two toddler girls until the 15th. I am hoping my babe will be done cooking soon! I think I am losing my mucous plug.....
I'm jealous too! A perfect time to go clear your mind and chill out in the woods! The only thing I'd worry about is sleeping comfortably... then again, I don't sleep comfortably at home.
I'll be 37 weeks on Friday. I'm excited. I don't think I will go too early. I'm thinking the end of August. Peanut could surprise me and decide to wait around for a while. I hope not though. Hooray almost baby time!
35wk 3d here. NO idea when this babe is coming; but DD came early and she was #1. So, we'll see. Of course don't really want anything to happen until 38-39 wks.
Wow ladies - only a few more weeks and we'll start reading birth stories/updates/and have pictures of our little ones. CRAZY!!!
P.S... I am totally jealous of the camping thing too. DH and I actually talked about it last wkend; but it is just toooooo darn hot for me here in TX. If we lived somewhere cooler, we might be camping every wkend! I love it.
i'm 36+4 today. due sept 5th. i'm hoping i'm not early as i want this baby born in sept at least for schooling, plus DH is away this week (back this weekend) and then away next week too, back when i;m 38 weeks. my other 2 were both 3 days late though.
I think I am so far away from 37 wks it's not funny. And so far my babies like to show up 40 + wks so I anticipate I'll be sitting here preg for a good long while
I'm only just over 34 weeks, so I've got quite a lot of time left. My comfort level with UCing is 36 weeks, but I don't expect to go until 40+ weeks. I'm ready to be done though.
35 weeks and feeling good... gathering birth supplies...
since i'm a first timer probably will go over... we'll see...
this is my last week of teaching! let total nesting begin...
I'm 34 1/2 weeks right now so still have to get to 37 before I'm considered term and eligible for my home birth. I'm more worried about going overdue than I am about going early though!
Engineering Mama ~ I hear ya about the curtains, I have to get some up in my living room too! Right now we only have a portion of the window covered and I really don't want to feel I can't walk around naked in labor without having the whole neighbourhood talking.

We moved in our house in June and don't have curtains up yet either. We seriously need them. They have been purchased, and some are getting made by MIL, but we don't have hardware yet. One more thing to do...
We've been here over a year and only just put up curtains about two weeks ago, but we're on the third floor and we face a secluded courtyard so it's not a huge deal. It was just ugly!
I hit 37 weeks today! I am nowhere near ready though. I was having some contrax last night and a few today though. Baby started to drop lower last week and my hips pop if I am not very careful when I roll over so I know he is low.

I think we're on the same schedule! Could we be UCing at the same time? :
I'm only 33 w 2d, so I still have a while. Although my home visit is in 2 weeks, and we'll be cleared for HB at 36 w (8-31). I can't believe how quickly the time has flown by!
I'm so glad I'm not the only one with curtain issues. We actually have the curtains and the hardware...just can't convince DH that putting them up is a priority. I love him dearly but the man is the ultimate procrastinator. I think he's figured it out since I had a meltdown about it last week.
Good luck to everyone heading into this last month. Happy birthing vibes to one and all.
