If you are supplementing somehow, for the benefit of getting safe amounts of vitamin K to your newborn via breastmilk, what are you doing? Trying to figure this out before he's here. I've been searching on MDC and googling. TIA!

I eat lots of spinach. Literally! I normally eat it everyday even when I wasn't preggo, since I know the benefits of vitamin K specially on women to tend to have varicose veins, the women in my family suffer from that so I thought of supplementing with the natural version of vitamin K. I eat it in salads, I make raw dressings with it, I use it in my smoothies, sandwiches, seriously I eat it in everything
