I usually wear a tank top with a shelf bra for this very purpose. Much easier than fumbling with hooks and bras and shirts. I'm sure no one's world will end because they saw a boob.

Actually I did this the other day at my neighbor's house. I not only fed the baby, but my almost 3yo too. She called the kids outside to look at me nurse, and even called the other neighbor over to nurse too. I was on display!
