Can They Kick Me Out? - Page 2

that is freaking ridiculous...ff women and babies don't get sent to the bathroom to eat...adults don't eat in the bathroom...why should breastfed babies eat in there? that's GROSS!

they have no right to kick you out. maybe sometime, go in there to "try on clothes" with your daughter and see if they have a problem with you being in there *then*.

things like that just get me so angry! definitely contact management about it, because i think she was definitely in the wrong. good for you for standing up for yourself (and your daughter!)

This is a little OT~

Last night I had a dream that I went to a class for drivers with a lot of points on the record. Before the day of the class I went and asked about breastfeeding mothers. They said there was a childcare center that they could go to, and I said no, I meant for when my child needs to nurse. They couldn't believe that a toddler would want to nurse, so of course I was sent to this office, and then that office. Finally I pointed out and handed them a copy of the NC breastfeeding legislation.

That's when they pointed out that the *any placee a mother is entitled to be* was meant for public, non-paying places, and for children 0-12 months old. I argued about this and finally they caved in on it. THEN they showed me their policy that said they could turn away women who were breastfeeding, based on their minority policy?? They didn't have to have more than 10 breastfeeding women in their building at a time. :LOL So, how was I supposed to know how many they had, and would they tell me the truth?

I can't remember the rest of the dream, but wokle up all ticked off about it :LOL
