fleece question

I'm looking to buy some Malden mills fleece but I'm not sure which type I need. I want to make fleece topped doublers & I want to make fleece shorties. I'm thinking that I'll need 2 different types. I saw some on ebay for a really good price but I'm not sure if it is the right type. Help please

For a fleece topped doubler you want microfleece, then thinnest type, because it will allow the liquids to wick into your soaker fabric. For shorts and such you want a water resistant fleece, and the denser the better. Malden Mills brand names would be windpro, 200, or 300 weight. Best of luck!

does Malden Mills call their microfleece 100? Does it matter if it is only fuzzy on one side?

I'm pretty sure that the 100 weight is microfleece. They have changed their site now, so I can't verify that anymore!
