Is orange PUL the color of a traffic cone?

Just got my order from verybaby, and it's so much bolder than I'd expected. I was thinking orange like the fruit. This is orange like a road-work sign. I'm wondering if I got the neon by mistake.

Anyone know?

Oh, neon orange is even worse. Go with "melon" if you're looking for a citrus-y orange.

Hehehe...just had to reply to this post We have an orange Snap-Ez diaper which, judging by the online photo, was supposed to be a medium orange, yeah like the fruit. What I got instead was "Stop the traffic", "deer hunter" orange!

You can spot Dd#2 from a mile away!

(Which isn't a bad thing.... but we've gotten some strange looks as the orange even glows through clothing!)

Ah ha! I've been trying to figure out what to do with this bright orange Pul I got. I'm so going to steal your idea. Since I've got a whole yard, I'm going to make a couple in each size.

I was given some of the bright orange by a friend who decided it was too bright for her...I made a wetbag and thought, gee, what will I do with the rest...then I paired it with a leopard print flannel for mama cloth. Ooolala! That was cool!

I later bought a yard of the melon expecting something like canteloupe...nope, it was so bright! I actually thought they'd sent me the wrong color, so I went and dug out the wetbag. Oh wow, yeah, melon really is paler! I have paired it with black inner (halloween diaper), and also with red and yellow (autumn colors--it's really cute actually). I started off diapering thinking I'd want all these sedate pastel colors, but you know, one of my favorite things about cloth diapers is the vibrant colors--show off those happy CD tooshies!!!
(And if you really hate it, use it for wetbags, or as the invisble layer inside something, or for mama cloth)
