Huh?

I don't see how commenting on the generosity of Jewish people takes away from the generosity of people of other faiths.

That's how it was when I was growing up. How you worshiped didn't matter.


I guess I'm now shocked to find out that no, not all people are like that. Because where I come from... people ARE like that. Jewish, Christian, Moslem, or other.
It was not my intent to infer that people of other religions do not care for one another, but to show that it is part of the Jewish culture because it is Biblically based. And no, not all people do care for one another. That is just a sad fact of life. If they did, the world would be a much nicer place.
