Cleaning after illness?

Ok so I've slowly been switching my household cleaners to a mix of TTO, Dr. B's, water, vinegar and bs. I used to use Lysol wipes. Which at this moment I am missing because my lo's had a stomach bug. So will my new green cleaner be ok to use or do I need to use something stronger to get rid of nasty germs? What do you use after colds, stomach bugs, etc?
Thanks!

We've always just used our homemade natural cleaners, and never had an issue. Boil or switch out toothbrushes too. Although, our kids have impetigo right now, and I'm a little paranoid. I may pull out the peroxide, I think...

Change toothbrushes, air out quilts, etc outside; wash all sheets and pillow cases on hot water.

The TTO is an antifungal, anti-bacterial and great for all that kind of cleaning. Just make your cleaner with a little more.
