Quick! Stretch Cotton Poplin?

is it similiar to a knit? Can I use it for diapers? TY

They aren't really the same at all- streatch poplin creats more of a structured item. I don't see why you couldn't use it in diapers though- try it out!

Stretch poplin is a woven fabric- usually cotton or cot/poly blend with a small amount (5-10%) of spandex woven in to give a very small amount of stretch, not nearly as much as a knit.

ditto ev lowi explanation. i wont use it for diapers though, since it will wick terribly and imo too thin for diapers.

thank you so much. I actually was dying for the print, but a friend found it for me in a knit. :

Out of curioustiy, I have a couple yards of what I know now is the same fabric as this. What could I make with it? Would it be good for a diaper bag or hand bag?

a hand bag for sure. i hv some poplin but i am turning it into a dress for dd.
