Oh no! That would be my worst nightmare. Sorry you're having to deal with this mama.
It will probably happen to me soon too. DD is starting at a nursery two afternoons a week right before I'm due and it's usually when she naps. I'm worried that it's going to totally screw up her sleep patterns *right* when I need her to nap the most. Fingers crossed but I'm preparing myself for the worst.
Mine is a little younger but she is definitely acting out right now. She can tell that we are under stress and understands just enough about what "new baby" means to be all wound up about it. It's hard to be patient with her but I know she's just picking up on the vibes from everyone else.
DS#3 is doing the same thing....all my other children r 5 years apart...so off to school they went when i had a new baby...mama got to go back to sleep w/ new baby...well looks like i wont be able to do that any more. Unless i lock all the doors and put in a movie for DS.
I'm so sorry! My dd stopped napping a month before I had my boys. Yeah, it sucked. I have a feeling my boys are going to be stopping soon, too (since they are *supposed* to be napping right now, argh). Hang in there. If he's agreeable to "quiet time" jump on that!
