nausea was ok today...

until about an hour ago. now i have massive nausea, gas pains, and i can't stand the thought of eating. waaaaah!!!

it started after i took a shower (removed the sea bands for that but only for 20 minutes!!)

ok, what are these sea bands and where do i get them? i have hardly any nausea now (just little appetite in the am), but i know its coming. im scared because i work in a room full of 15 4 year olds all day long! lol.

i got mine at CVS. they're typically for motion/sea sickness and you can find them near the dramamine, etc...they're little bracelets you wear that look sort of like those cheesy wrist warmers from the 80s LOL they apply pressure to your wrists at a particular acupressure point that helps with nausea.

Sorry you had a setback. My youngest asked me if he could wear mine today; I did Ok for about 10min and then I needed to steal them back. I don't suppose we can avoid showering until the second trimester.

I have never used them, but I remember someone on MDC saying that they had two sets. They would shower with the first set, and then remove them and replace with the dry pair.

Dude, that is so freaking smart! I never would have thought of that. Anyway, thanks for reminding me that I even had seabands.....going to find them right now!!
