Nothing to wear

I just need to vent. I know I am not going to be pregnant much longer. I really know this is not an important thing to complain about. BUT REALLY. I am so sick of wearing the same clothing everyday.I have so few clothes left that fit. I can only button a couple of my shirts and I am pretty much down to one pair of jeans. I won't wear shorts because my cankles are disturbing to catch a glimpse of. It's like I have someone else's feet.

Blah. I have been in the worst mood all day and I haven't even taken a shower because i just really really don't feel like getting dressed after I am out. Blah.

I understand. Towards the end of my pregnancy I had even spilled oil on two of my four decent shirts so I had to do laundry all the time if I wanted anything to wear. I'm sorry you're there right now.

Oh man, I feel you. I have one pair of the great loose pants that *fit*. Everything else is various stages of uncomfortable. My shirts are all midriff shirts now because my stomach is impossibly huge. I'm wider than I am tall.

Yoga pants my friend, yoga pants! I have now graduated to slumming around in oh so comfortable yoga pants and tank tops. I may not look stylish, but boy am I comfy! The best part is the yoga pants will still fit after I give birth, so I was happy to purchase a couple of pairs.

I feel you on the lack of choices though, most of my cute pregnancy clothes have ceased to be cute. They are tight, restrictive, stained in the belly area or otherwise sucky.

, just remember, we are going to get to wear regular clothes again.... someday!

I complained about the same thing towards the end of mine. I just stopped getting dressed on the weekends and threw on dresses. I'm sure you can find a few that you can even wear post pregnancy. I just bought new clothes in XL and that washed them a few times. They will all fit once I actually leave the house, considering I just delivered two weeks ago.

Nothing to wear... I know the feeling!!

I am on a veeeerrrry tight budget so I didn't want to buy a load of pregancy clothes. Around 6 months I bought 1 pair of jeans, 1 basic black skirt, 1 sleeveless top and 1 short-sleeved top, and also one slightly fancier tunic-type-thing for a wedding (ended up wearing something else anyway )

Right now the jeans are too tight, very uncomfortable especially if I sit down for a little while. So I could only wear them if I was to walk around all the time, which I'm also not very inclined to do anymore :
The weather isn't great so the skirt is not really an option.

So... I've been living in sweatpants not exactly flattering but they're comfortable at least...

Yeah, I'm totally down to the dregs...there are just a few things that fit me now. I have found that I can use my Bella Band to hide the gap between my the bottoms of my shirts and the tops of my pants. That's actually worked pretty well and has allowed me to wear some of the nicer maternity clothes on special occasions, which has been a huge help.

The big issue is my shoes. I had huge feet to begin with, and now they're swollen to boot. I fear they may have actually gone up a half size as well, but it's so hard to say when they're puffed up the way they are right now.

The only comfortable shoes I have right now are flip flops. Everything else hurts.

For anyone that's getting pregnant again-get some American Apparel high waist skirts. They are seriously comfy and don't look too crap. I have lived in them for the last month!!!
I am sick of them, but they fit the bill

Yes! I feel the same way. I am only comfortable in dresses right now, and there are only a handful that still fit me. My belly is just huge. I can't wait to wear normal clothes again!

I know how you feel. On Sunday, I was down to two dresses and one pair of gauchos I could wear along with a few tops. I called a friend and am borrowing some skirts and dresses from her now.

Is there anyone you can borrow from?

ditto ditto ditto.

Oh, and the flip flops? Yep, me too.

I wish I could just wear my nightgown everywhere.

I bought some cute new Sugar shoes today for $9.99--- for post preggo. Even if I could get my feet into them now, I couldn't bend over try try them on/fasten them at the store. So, I just bought a size 9 and figured I could return them if my feet don't shrink back to non-sausage size.

O, I empathize! None of my shirts are "quite" long enough. If I wasn't careful, I'm pretty sure I'd walk around the office all day with about 1/2 inch of belly showing.

Thriftstore. For $5 who cares if you wear it for half a day and donate it back in a week?

I splurged some bigger $$ for cloths around 7 months. My reasoning, i can wear it next time around . I don't feel like wearing ANY of it now. boo ( I suspect i just wanted a little shopping spree, preggo or not it feels good something)

Anyways, even though I have a lot to choose from I don't feel like wearing any cloths!

When I go out I usually throw a dress on. I can't stand pants anymore.

Oh, I forgot about my Bella Band! Thanks for reminding me. I wore it tonight with a tank top that I couldn't wear anymore because my belly was exposed! I didn't think it would still fit... And yeah to the flip flops. My feet are faaat. My ankles are really swollen again for some reason.

I just miss my old clothes.
When I fit them again, I'll probably miss being pregnant.

And everyone talking about dresses and skirts must not have ankles that look like mine.

I don't care what they look like at this point. I'll see my fat feet through my flip flops anyway.
