Hi mama,

I really hope I don't offend you, but are you sure on your dates? I'm confused as to how anyone can be joining this one yet. Maybe I'm not figuring right, but for someone to have a May 1st DD, they would be in week 3, assuming an average conception date. I guess it's possible for someone to have a really early BFP. For a May 7th due date, they would have ovulated, like, yesterday.

I could totally be wrong, but maybe you miscalculated your dates? If so, we'd love to have you in the April DDC.

Of course, I could have my calculations totally wrong, in which case, ignore me.

Nope, no offense taken, mama. I actually did have a typo on the date ...chock it up to excitement and surprise. My EDD was calculated by my ob/gyn and I'm sure I found out a lot earlier than normal via blood test in addition to an early faint line First Response. I was scheduled to have an MRI and felt I shouldn't so I tested very early and was very surprised...I'm 43!! Then I opted for an u/s instead. My ob/gyn is keeping a close eye on me apparently because of my age I'm already having hcg and progesterone testing done...

I'm an April mama, but I found out I was pregnant at 9dpo, and I ovulate on day 12 in my cycle. So, on day 21 of my cycle I had a bfp.

So, it's certainly possible to have a May due date if you ovulate early!

I am due April 28ish and I went a week late with my DS so I will join the May group too!! Kind of funny My mother was due with me around the first week of May and she had me on April 20th so I am finding out about my pregnancy the same time my mom did with me 27 years ago. Awwww...... :

I hope you don't mind me joining too! I got my faint, but definitely there line this morning at around 12 DPO. I ovulated early in my cycle though, so my EDD is May 1st. (Not to mention that DS was nearly 2 weeks late.)

Hi Ladies,
I just saw my BFP on saturday, 10 DPO, but it was a very STRONG line. I couldn't believe it was that clear so I went and bought a completely different brand etc. And exact same results very quickly.

Doc appt. in two days but I estimate from FF to be due right around May 1st!
This is my first at 27 and we are super excited!!! So nice to be here with you ladies...

Hi all!

Due April 29th but the way my children like to lolly-gag about i'll say May 11th or so unofficially.

I got a whisper of a line on a generic brand yesterday morning and a light line on a FRER shortly after. Dr's test was still negative (i drank water like a fish in the heat before my appointment) but he has asked me to test again in few days at home and call in with a confirmation.

Here's hoping we're in for the long haul!!!
