Preschool Arts & Crafts ideas?

Ds is 2.5 yo and I have to say that I am really arts and crafts challenged! He gets so excited when I say "do you want to do arts and crafts?". So far, all I've been able to come up with is playdough, cutting shapes and glueing them to paper, painting and chalk art.

Can you give me some more ideas, or maybe an excellent resource for arts and crafts projects for my little guy?

Whip some cream, divide into 4 cups, a few drops of dye in each. Great just on the kitchen table with a paintbrush, or on themselves and the walls with fingers. Rinse everyone and everything down with a warm soapy rag when they are done.

Discount school supply has some good prices and fun items.

My 3 year old is enjoying these currently. They might give you some ideas. The masks in particular are a big hit. If I don't feel like getting messy, stickers work for decoration - you can even make your own homemade stickers, or cut out things from magazines that he likes and use glue dots or the stick glues.
