What to do with these Figs?

make tiny slit in a fig and stick in a hunk of goat cheese. cook up a few slices of bacon (not too crispy, just to get it started) and then wrap each fig in a half slice of bacon and secure with a metal skewer. then stick 'em in the broiler until the bacon is crisp, turning every minute or two. sooo good.

Slice figs in half, spread with goat cheese, drizzle with raw honey. Awesome dessert!
