What to do with these Figs?

Juat u-picked a bunch of fresh figs, and they are YUMMY! Anyone have any recipe ideas for figs? Thanks!

make tiny slit in a fig and stick in a hunk of goat cheese. cook up a few slices of bacon (not too crispy, just to get it started) and then wrap each fig in a half slice of bacon and secure with a metal skewer. then stick 'em in the broiler until the bacon is crisp, turning every minute or two. sooo good.:

Slice figs in half, spread with goat cheese, drizzle with raw honey. Awesome dessert!
