I have no energy, please help (food for infant)

I have no more energy to research right now. I'm just done.
Please someone just give me a list of 5 items I can give my 7.5 month old to eat. These need to be things that dont need extensive preparation or cost too much..just 5 things i can shove inhis mouth that are age-appropriate(i.e. he wont choke on) and healthy.
Thank you. :

Banana, avocado, pear, overripe or canned peach, mango.

I don't know if TF has a different take on this stuff (liver, maybe?) but those are what I would give. I think everyone agrees on avocado and banana.

Boil an egg for 3 minutes, peel, , remove yolk, and sprinkle with frozen grated liver. Do not give egg whites!

Avocado

Banana (can fry first in coconut oil, bacon fat, lard, etc.)

Peach/nectarine/plum puree

Can only think of 4 right now. I can think of other things, but they're not that fast to prep.

bake a sweet potato and scoop out the insides

a big chunk of steamed broccoli (really!)

a few times I put chicken through one of those baby food grinders
