I have heel spurs and am currently taking Bextra. This may be jeopardizing my BF relationship (see full story in "Life With A Babe"). I desperately would like some suggestions on natural anti-inflammatories. TIA!

Heel spurs can be broken down with massage. Yes, it is just about as painful as it sounds...until it improves. Try having a consultation with a massage therapist or reflexologist to learn more.

Go ahead and get a full body massage while you're at it...you deserve it!
