How to make early labor go faster?

My last 2 labors were pretty quick (1 induced and 2nd was a couple hrs *maybe* early labor but not painful)... Last night I had some bloody show then lost my plug. Had ctx through my back 4 min apart and they've spaced now to about 10 min apart but they're still significant ctx (can't talk, walk, back pain, etc). Is there any way to help this along? I've been drinking mass amounts of water and eating every 2 hrs. Should I go walking perhaps?

And yes, walking should help.

My MW would tell you to eat a good meal and get some sleep. Active labor will come when it comes.

I would try to rest then walk. Good luck!

You might try some very strong Red Raspberry leaf tea. It's suposed to help make contractions more effective.
