Bone Broth gelling...

I've never made bone broth and have been doing lots of reading on here. It seems simple enough but I am wondering about the 'gelling'.
What is the consistency? Is it still a liquid or does it become like a jello mold?

For those who drink the broth, do you drink it while it's in that 'gel'-like state? (that sounds really gross to me )

I just can't picture what it looks like I guess.

It is a liquid while warm, but jello-like when cooled. It melts and becomes totally liquid again when heated.

I looove the 'ssccchhhlooooop!' sound when it drops out of the jar and into the pot.

yep it's just like jello. I make bone broth for my dd to help with gut healing so I freeze it in cubes and put some in her oatmeal every morning. It turns to liquid once it's heated up again.
