We just took a few receiving blankets (we got TONS of them as gifts) and cut them up. They work great. I didn't bother to sew around the edges so they are a bit frayed, but they do the job.

We buy them by the case at Costco. They are the Kirkland brand.

I found the best deal at Target for unscented wipes. I routinely used cloth but dh liked the disposable wipes even with the cloth diapers so I kept some for when he did diaper changes.

For cloth diapers, I think I'll be using baby washclothes. I keep getting them, plus they can be found in packs at pretty much dollar store. I'll also probably use my prefolds when bambino outgrows them or when I get a better brand.
