hair ribbons - cotton or satin...

.... where would i find them. dont have time to order them online. would a craft store have them. i looked online at michaels and joAnn's - only found craft ribbons.

daughter starts school and she wants to wear ribbons in her hair.

am in northern california.

I don't know if they would have them already made but all you would have to do is tie a ribbon into a bow and hot glue it to a hair clip.All of that should be available at the craft store.

thanks for those tips rere but she wants me to braid her hair with ribbons. so i need soft pliable ribbons. not craft ribbons.

Joann(at the actual store) has lots and lots of ribbons that don't have wire in them.Also any fabric store near you should have quite a variety of no wire ribbon.

Jo Ann's even sells ribbon by the yard, so you can just buy a small ammount in a bunch of colors. Any of the grosgrain or satin ribbons should work great. At our Jo Ann's they are next to the buttons in the fabric dept.

Look for the spools of grossgrain or satin ribbon at Joanns. You can get the Offray stuff for about 50 cents to $1 for a spool of the 1/4-1/2 inch stuff.
