DD2 is 26 months old and for the past week or so she seems to need her naps much more than usual and she is nipping and napping much more overnight, or at least I'm more conscious of it.

This is complicating my half-hearted efforts to night wean her due to some cavities she needs to have filled.

At first I thought she might be sick, her forehead may have seemed a little warm. But now I'm wondering if she's hitting a growth spurt.

I'm also wondering if my supply, which had levelled off, may have dropped. And if so, whether attempting to boost it might help.

Since I work during the day I'm wondering if anyone could suggest how to time when to take something, such as Fenugreek. Despite pumping cumulatively for 2 years I never quite figured out the optimal time to take a given galactagogue.
