MONDAY
B: Scrambled eggs, bacon, kim chi, melon, strawberries, roobios w/honey & coco milk
L: Chicken salad, beet & avocado salad, peach, strawberries, rice crackers & almond butter, popcorn w/nutritional yeast, OJ
D: Thai coconut curried mussels, sticky rice, chinese broccoli, sauerkraut, kefir juice, strawberries, coconut cream, chocolate chips

TUESDAY
B: Scrambled eggs, bacon, melon, roobios w/honey & coco milk, kefir juice, almond bread w/almond butter
L: Dosas w/kim chi, bit of chicken salad, chicken broth, golden beets, avocado, bit of salmon, nectarine
D: kefir juice w/yeast, lamb burgers, dosas, zucchini, sauerkraut

WEDNESDAY
B: Scrambled eggs, bacon, melon, roobios w/honey & coco milk, almond bread w/almond butter, a few rice crackers w/butter
L: Chicken tacos, beans & rice, nectarine
S: Hummos w/rice crackers
D: Steak, rice pasta w/pesto and tomatoes, broccoli

THURSDAY
B: Scrambled eggs, bacon, melon, roobios w/honey & coco milk
L: Shrimp, kombucha, beet/avocado salad, mary's crackers w/butter, mango, kefir juice w/yeast, apple w/peanut butter
D: Lamb burger, zucchini, sauerkraut, more mango

FRIDAY
B: Blueberry pancakes, bacon, roobios w/coco oil, almond milk, honey
L: Shrimp salad, beet/broccoli salad, almond bread w/peanut butter, kefir juice w/yeast
D: Halibut Thai curry, rice noodles, bok choy, sauerkraut, beet kvass, fried bananas w/choc chips

SATURDAY
B: Blueberry pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs, roobios w/honey & coco milk, apple w/peanut butter
L: hummos, corn chips, carrots, bit of steak, coconut kefir, 3 very small peanut butter cups
D: Bean/veggie soup, zucchini, sauerkraut, halveh, mary's crackers w/almond butter

SUNDAY
B: Roobios w/honey & coco milk, almond bread w/almond butter, egg yolks, dosa w/kim chi
L: OJ w/yeast, beet greens, been/veggie soup, mary's crackers w/hummos, peach
D: Roast chicken, potatoes, broccoli, cucumber salad

~Monday~

Breakfast: Kefir smoothies, Coconut flour muffins (and DS had some baked steel-cut oats)

Snack: Almond butter/Coconut oil balls with shredded coconut and a few chocolate chips, rolled in toasted coconut.

Lunch: hmmm...Salad?

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with cheese and salsa, sprouted grain toast with butter and all fruit jam, coffee with organic heavy cream

Snack: Coconut Cream Pie Larabar

Lunch: Chicken salad salad, strawberry greek style yogurt

Dinner: Lamb curry, quinoa, mixed steamed veggies, mango chutney from NT

(and peach tart with peaches from our CSA but white flour puff pastry )
