what to do with soured raw milk

I have almost an entire gallon of raw milk that's gone sour. I don't currently have any kefir grains, and I have yogurt coming out my ears--what else can I do with it???

: I haven't gone to that link, so I don't know what they say, but I would use it like buttermilk - make pancakes or cornbread. Also, I have added a bit of vanilla and maple syrup and just drank it. Yum!

I had about a half gallon go sour a few months back, so I froze it in one-cup containers, and use it for pancakes.

Just keep it out on the counter and clabber it. Use as you would kefir for soaking or drinking, smoothies, whatever! I sometimes strain it for the whey and then I have a sort of cream cheese left.

I left my raw milk out for about 24 hours and it separated but then I didn't know what to do with it so I left it for another 24 hours about and now it smells a little yucky. Should I throw it out or is the whey and/or chunks (cheese?) still okay to use?
