worksheet for craft profit analysis?

Hi,
I am have been googling all over and can't find what I am looking for. Basically,my girls make up stuff for my midwife business such as tea blends, tinctures, slings, hot packs, etc.

I want to make or find a worksheet that shows the craft profit analysis, that is, how much for supplies, how long, and what the retail cost is.

I feel it gets tricky and maybe I am making it more difficult than it needs to be, but when I am calculating something like tinctures,we have to take a whole bottle of vodka, the herbs, the labels and the containers and divide that by how much product we get.

I want to be able to break it down better than we do now so they can get an idea first of all about how this all works and also so i can pay them fairly.

thanks! I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction, I don't have excel on my computer or I would just do a spreadsheet!

I think you need Excel (or a web based equivalent) to do this.

that is exactly the kind of thing I am looking for, I emailed them, and it is too specific for what I am trying to do.

you're right, i could make my own, but I am challenged in that area, so I am trying to be lazy, . However, if I can find examples like the previous one, then I can probably ask/bribe my teens to make one themselves!
