Me! First appointment with OB is next Monday so I'll be gauging how supportive the Dr. really is of the idea of a VBAC. I've had 2 vaginal and the last a c-section as she was breech. All of the girls were early at 32, 34, and 36 weeks so I'm not comfortable planning on a home birth.

Add me to the VBAC list. My c-section was a huge terrible surprise, I was completely unprepared for the possibility. I am trying to do my research now to make sure I do everything I can to make a VBAC happen.

Me, too, except I'm trying for an HBAC, and after 4 vaginal births (my c/s was due to fetal distress), I'll put up quite a fight to get my VBAC, I'll tell you!

I will be trying for a VBA2c. My first was section, second was vbac, and third was section. I'll be delivering in a hospital (unfortunately), and there's only one which allows vbacs.

I also had a very unexpected and emotional c-section with DD, so I am also planning a VBAC. I'm going with a wonderful midwife, at a fairly progressive hospital.

This will be my second vbac and will again be a homebirth. My first was only a c/s because I could not find a provider to deliver my breech baby :

I'm planning on a VBAC, possibly HBAC, after an unplanned C-section.

My midwife mentioned that there is a local woman who does birth classes for women planning VBACs. I'm going to look into that when it's time.

I also had an unexpected/traumatic c/s with ds2, after an amazing vaginal delivery with ds1. I'm going to VBAC this time!!!!

(although I do have a history of pre-e with my first- the perfect vaginal delivery- so I know I will be very closely monitored....)

Me!!! I had a unplanned/suprise c/s with DD, so this time, I WILL have a VBAC!

Another hoping for a vba2c! Both my sons were born just over 36 weeks because of pre-eclampsia. My first appt with a new (vbac friendly!!)ob is on Sept 2nd, and I am praying for a optimistic attitude from him!

I met with my doctor for the first time today and I think I'm going to stick with him. He has done VBACs before and says I'm a very good candidate for one since I had 2 vaginal births before the c-section. I really like the nurse practicioner that works with him as well.

That's awesome. It's really good when you find a doc you like.
