And if you do, do the small diecast cars from the Cars movie fit? I think DS would love it, but he would be really disappointed if Lightning McQueen doesn't fit.

We just got this for dd1 for her fourth birthday. We don't have the Cars cars, but dh looked at it out of the box before we bought it (TRU carries it, btw), and he said that the normal hot wheels track would attach to it, so I think if the cars you are talking about fit on normal hot wheels track they would fit on this.

There are two sizes of cars from the Cars movie. The bigger ones won't fit, but the smaller ones will. We have the race track, and both of my children love playing with it! Oh, and I picked ours up at Target.
