my dh decided to pull all 10#s of chicken halves out of the freezer. now i have to prepare all of it. i don't mind a couple different ways or dishes to freeze, but i'm drawing a blank. any suggestions?

Roasted, of course, and then you can tear the chicken up and package it into recipe size portions and freeze it again. I do this with my DH's chicken for his lunch salads, and he's not said a word, because he hasn't noticed, I expect!
Broth, soup. Some of the feed the freezer posts suggest marinating chicken and then freezing it, but refreezing raw chicken may not be the best idea bacterially.
